collins is a digital solution built to manage enquiries and reservations for the hospitality sector. worked closely with the customer success managers at ‘Design My Night’ to deliver training and support to all the venues whilst building in-depth knowledge of the back-end build for venues, rules for bookings, menus, table plans - the whole set up.
